Autodesk Vault 2024 Dark Mode Does Not Save. The dark theme does not apply to the new reports feature. It is an accepted idea (see both below), added to the 2022.2 tech preview (beta), and functional in the 2023 beta already.

Vault client > tools >options. Vault 2022 and older versions have not possible to set dark theme.
